I'm going to be at the gym this Saturday for an a.m. session....I might as well stay a bit later and teach a Fierce Girl Bootcamp. I'll plan to replace the Saturday YMCA workout with the Fierce Girl Bootcamp.
All DeSales female track girls and Midwest High School athletes are welcome to attend. The Class is FREE.

If you're a Midwest athlete, I don't need any paperwork on you. If you're a DeSales track girl...I'll need a release form. (I emailed it, have mom/dad sign it and bring it on Sat). Meet in the lobby and I'll bring y'all back to the gym at 11:15.
Wear comfy clothes and shoes and be ready to work hard. Every bead of sweat puts you one step closer to achieving your goals.
